Tamara Kenneally is a photographer from Victoria, Australia.

She has been photographing animals for over 25 years.

She has a degree in fine art photography and post grad qualifications in animal welfare.

Tamara produces images that explore the human/animal relationship, images that portray the personality and individuality of the animals we regard as food and images that show exactly what happens to animals in the agricultural systems.

She runs a small farm animal sanctuary called “Lefty’s Place” and chickens own her heart.

She has rescued most of the chickens living at the sanctuary personally and cherishes them all.

She shoots with Pentax, uses manual focus and believes in creating an image within the viewfinder.

Tamara is an aries with a pisces moon.

She loves tofu, fine coats and two toned shoes. She does not eat animals.

An ex-battery hen named Bobby Bob Bob rules her life.

Tamara provides images to animal rights groups all over the world on a daily basis free of charge.

Images can also be purchased by individuals as matted prints, canvas prints or enlargements.

Tamara is available for personal shoots and commissions, but her time is incredibly limited.
